I'm not going to give a bad rating because the people who work there are fast and super nice and the place is very clean. But twice now I've made the trip there from New Lebanon and no chocolate frosted icing filled! Why the hate? It's the most delicious donut on the planet and should be just as important as your darn apple fritter. Anyway, should I call first and see if you have them or did you quit making them?

The donuts are amazing. The staff is so awesome they are fast and friendly. The owner Mansour is so kind and giving. I highly recommend!

Outstanding donuts but to get the full selection you have to get there early. Their cream filled donuts are good and their "cronuts", are good (glazed croissants). Unfortunately, they don't make the cinnamon croissant crunch anymore...they were out-frickin-standing !

I visited the Donut Palace on Salem Ave. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice but the donuts weren't fresh. I found out that the donuts aren't made there because they were unloading donuts when I was leaving. When I visit again, I'll make sure to go after 9:30 a.m. because that's the time that the new donuts were being delivered.
